Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Orders placed before 12:30 pm on business days will be shipped the same day.
If there is an error in automated processing due to an incomplete address (missing county, incorrect zip code, domestic address in English), incorrect phone number, etc., the shipment may be delayed for several days.

Q. I have not received my e-mail.
A. Most of the causes are due to the receiving side's settings, communication status, or condition. Please refer to"Precautions for registering your e-mail address" and make sure that your e-mail address is set to receive e-mails reliably. In particular, we do not recommend using carrier e-mails because of the many problems they cause. For details on how to set up each e-mail service, please check with your e-mail service provider (provider, carrier, etc.). If you wish to change to another address, please use the form below to provide us with the email address before and after the change.
Q. I want to change my address.
A. Once an order is received, it is automatically prepared for shipment and cannot be changed. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number after the order is shipped, so please contact the shipping company yourself to make the necessary arrangements.
However, pre-order items can be changed. Please fill in the form below with your order No. and provide us with the new and old shipping address . Please note that the billing address is only used to check for fraudulent orders and cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
Q. I want to change or cancel the color of my order.
A. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please check our Warranty.
However, pre-order items can be cancelled until they arrive. Please check " About Pre-orders". (An administration fee is required.) Q. Why can't I post my review?
Q. My review is not published.
A. We reserve the right not to publish reviews based on misuse, content not related to the product, slander, or any other reasons at our discretion. Also, we cannot respond to individual problems with reviews, so please contact us using the form.
Q. Are there any other payment methods?
A. We do not support other payment methods such as cash on delivery or payment at convenience stores. Bank transfer may be available indirectly through Paypal. (Please contact Paypal for details.)
Q. What about coupons?
A. Coupons are issued according to seasons and events in our newsletter. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Please note that coupons are for discounts on merchandise and cannot be applied over the price of the merchandise.
Q. Can I stack magnetic stripes on my card?
A. Compared to the past A. No. Magnetic stripes have evolved and become more resistant to magnetic fields. If used in a normal way, there will be no problem even if they are stacked on top of each other.
In addition, 100% IC compatibility of payment terminals is mandatory by 2022. IC chips are not affected by magnetism, so there is no problem with overlay.
However, bank cards with no expiration date may be magnetically weak, so we recommend that you make some adjustments, such as alternating the position of the magnetic stripe between the top and bottom of the card.
Q. About receipts
A. A receipt will be enclosed with the delivered product as a "delivery note and receipt. Please note that we are unable to issue other receipts.
