Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and changes
Since shipment preparation begins immediately after your order, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to your order (adding products, changing color or size, changing address, applying coupon codes, etc.).
We do not accept exchanges due to customer ordering mistakes such as incorrect products or colors. We will accept returns, so please apply for a return using the form at the bottom of this page within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases. If this applies to you, we will return the item to you cash on delivery.
・If you do not notify us within 7 days after the product arrives. ・If more than 14 days have passed since the product arrived. ・Products that have been used or have had leather cleaner applied to them. ・Products that have been damaged, soiled or lost. ・Products that have acquired an odor, dirt or scratches while in the customer's possession. ・If the box, tag, instruction manual, etc. that comes with the product have been soiled, damaged or lost. ・Products that have been made to order, such as engraved or customized. ・If there is a statement on the product page that they are not eligible for return or exchange.
[Refund fee]
In the case of a refund due to customer reasons, the following amount will be deducted as a refund fee and the refund will be made to the payment account used at the time of purchase.
・Payment fee: 4% of the payment amount
・If you order with free shipping: 880 yen for home delivery, 440 yen for post delivery
Please note that we cannot reissue coupons.

If the product you receive is damaged, soiled, or defective, we will exchange or refund it.

Due to the nature of natural leather, there are individual differences in scratches, scars, wrinkles, and the position and size of the pattern. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons, except in cases where there is a significant defect. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique characteristics of natural leather.

*Accessories such as packaging may be reused from returned items.
*If the item is out of stock, we will not be able to accept exchanges and will only provide refunds.
If the customer does not accept receipt of the product, if the delivery address is unknown, if the delivery company's storage period has expired, or if delivery to the specified delivery address cannot be made for other reasons, the product will be considered returned due to customer convenience.
In this case, in addition to the refund handling fee due to customer's convenience, if the product needs to be returned from the delivery destination office, an additional 1,540 yen will be charged as return shipping and return acceptance fee.
