Frequently asked questions when placing a pre-order
Q. When will my pre-ordered product arrive?
A. The arrival date depends on the product. Please refer to the description on the page of each product you pre-ordered.
Q. Can you expedite the delivery date?
A. The shipment will be in the order of your reservation for each color. We appreciate your understanding.
Q. Will I be notified of the shipment schedule?
A. We will send a notification with a tracking number to your registered e-mail address after the product is shipped. Please note that we will not contact you in advance.
Q. Can I cancel my reservation?
A. We accept cancellations up to the business day before shipment. Please contact us using the form below, indicating your e-mail address and order number.
Please note that an administration fee of 990 yen will be charged for cancellation.
Cancellations cannot be accepted on the day of shipment, as the order will be processed on the day of shipment. Actual delivery may be earlier than scheduled, so please make arrangements as soon as possible.
Q. Can I change the shipping address?
A. You may change your shipping address up to the business day before shipment. Please use the form below to contact us with your new shipping address, including the e-mail address and order number.
On the day of shipment, we are unable to accept changes in shipping address as the order will be processed for shipment. Actual delivery may be earlier than scheduled, so please make arrangements as soon as possible.
Q. How will my order be shipped if it is combined with other items?
A. The shipment will be made when all the items are ready to ship (the same applies if you purchase in-stock items and pre-order items together). If you wish to have items shipped as soon as they are available, please place separate orders for each item.
Q. Can I pay later?
A. We are sorry, but payment for the product must be made at the time of reservation.
Q. Can I change the color?
A. Some items can be changed in color, while others cannot.
